Caitlin always challenged herself in the most difficult courses our school offers. She views education as an asset and she is highly motivated to continue learning during her lifetime. Her career goals are unknown, but her goal during high school was clear – expand her base of knowledge so she can be successful in any career she pursues.
Caitlin will make great contributions to the local community and the world, not only because she craves expanding her knowledge but she also has integrity. She exudes kindness. She never looks down on people and she helps all who need help. Caitlin maintains her own sense of self. Others do not sway her. She participates and leads many activities and clubs in school and in the Johnson Creek Community.
Caitlin has shown strong leadership abilities in many different arenas: in the community, in clubs, and in sports. She is dedicated and accomplishes whatever she sets out to do. Caitlin has made great efforts to develop leadership skills and become a leader in the class of 2015. Throughout high school, she participated in the following clubs: Student Council, FFA, Spanish Club, Art Club, FBLA, and National Honors Society. In addition, she played basketball and was a member of the Track and Field and Equestrian teams. Further, she was an active member of the high school band and Pep band.
Johnson Creek High School is proud to be represented by Caitlin Purpi for the Kohl Excellence Scholarship!
