Middle School Students Sell Magazines to Fund Field Trips

Middle school students have the opportunity to participate in a variety of field trips over the school year. However, these trips do cost money. To lessen the burden on parents, middle school students have been participating in their annual magazine sale.

The support from this fundraiser helps cover the cost of the middle school bowling trip, ice skating, as well as the 8th grade Upham Woods experience. Without fundraising, the Upham Woods trip would cost each student $75. With the income from this year's magazine sale, the price is expected to be about $45 per student, a 40% reduction in cost.
