On Friday, May 16th, the Spanish Club & Math Club visited Chicago. The students had an opportunity to explore the Museum of Science and Industry, learning about topics ranging from the human body to the evolution of the bicycle to the importance of mass transportation. For lunch, students were able to find a place on their own in the Pilsen Neighborhood (a very high Hispanic Neighborhood), where many found delicious Mexican food. The students then had the opportunity to visit the National Museum of Mexican Art, in which there were many pieces that were worth discussing. The day concluded with dinner at El Nandu, an authentic Argentinian restaurant. The day was filled with learning, culture and fun.
