Johnson Creek Art Students Bring Home 9 Medals All Conference Trailways Art Show

On Thursday, May 1st, select high school students attended the Trailways Conference Art Show. Students began the day at the Green Lake Pilgrim Center where they viewed all of the artwork submitted by students within our conference. Following the gallery viewing, students had the opportunity to listen to John Pahlas guest artist, speak about his career as a freelance artist as well as view a video on his latest creation "Mother Crow," which is a 300lb steel sculpture.

Following the show, students had the opportunity to dine at Christiano's Italian restaurant before venturing off to the Village Center, where students had an opportunity to view a small local gallery.

Overall, Johnson Creek students performed very well this year. The results are as follows:
